The first international conference of the Koç University Corporate Governance Forum took place on 8 October at the Çirağan Palace Kempinski Hotel. The inaugural conference attracted 200 business leaders from across Türkiye and Europe – positive confirmation that businesses in Türkiye are serious about Corporate Governance.
The conference offered delegates a high profile line up of corporate governance experts and offered invaluable insights into the challenges and benefits of effective corporate governance. The event was covered extensively by the media including reports by dailies Hürriyet, Milliyet, Akşam, Bugün, Cumhüriyet, and a special CNBC-E report with keynote speaker and corporate governance expert Andrew Kakbadse.
